Confie is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our on-site team in Bloomfield, NJ. You will focus on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing clients while using your bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, renewal earnings, and monthly incentives. We provide continuous training, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits with scanned documentation in agency system.
• Educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
