Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring for a 220, 2044 or 440 Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Panama City, FL. The role offers $15 - $18 hourly pay with base salary and uncapped commissions, plus renewal commissions and monthly incentives.

The position is full-time, on site, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training. Qualified candidates may have bilingual English/Spanish skills and sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business while maintaining current levels to meet production goals.
• Build relationships to expand business and meet sales targets.
• Accurately account for currency transactions and deposits with proper documentation.
