Job summary

- Licensed Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
- Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
- Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the insurance products that fit their needs.
