Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency preferred; all motivated candidates are welcome.
• Strong willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow through, and provide effective follow-up.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required; training provided.
• Commitment to obtaining a Property and Casualty insurance license (required to be obtained if not already held).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed new business production goals and sales objectives as set by the organization.
• Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance and financial products.
• Stay current on new insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant options.
• Prospect for new clients by leveraging leads, referrals, and personal networking.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
• Act as a consultant for clients, assessing their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
