Confie is expanding and seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee to join our on-site team in Smyrna, TN. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers and help grow the book of business.

No cold calling involved, with uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses. We offer ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a large private broker network.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate currency transactions with deposits and documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products to fit their needs.
