Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Kent, WA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and expand earnings with homeowners and health insurance. You will work with a high-volume flow of inbound leads and walk-in traffic to meet sales goals.

The perfect match includes a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (preferred), bilingual EN/ES, and strong relationship-building skills. Training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred)
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
