Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent in Boise, ID. Generate nonstandard auto insurance sales and expand offerings to homeowners or health insurance where applicable. Expect inbound leads, no cold calls, and comprehensive training with licensing support.

The role offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000. Base pay is complemented by bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet/exceed goals.
• Build Relationships: connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto/home/health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: maintain records and documentation in agency software.
