Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products such as homeowners and health insurance. This role focuses on growing earnings through a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic.

You will drive growth, build client relationships, and ensure accurate documentation in the agency system while advising on suitable coverage options. A license is preferred but not required, with strong communication skills and a drive for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Understand clients’ needs and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records in the agency management system.
