Job summary

Spears Agency in Washington State is seeking motivated agents who can teach complex insurance concepts clearly and engage with clients to build trust.

Licensed or willing to be licensed, you will support cross-selling with an existing client base and join a dynamic, supportive team with licensing training provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired; translation support in-office.
• Willingness to learn, coachable, and motivated to grow in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of Farmers products and outside markets.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Build strong client relationships and explain benefits/risks of policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new Farmers products and outside market.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) desired in office translation; other languages welcome as Agency has many dialects in their current book of business
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Must be dependable and available to work a consistent, reliable schedule
• Have the opportunity to work as a full-time or part-time agent
• Must be good with networking and connecting with others
