Bilingual Insurance Agent, Inbound Sales

Polly is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent for Inbound Sales to join our remote team. In this role, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers, handling inbound leads and providing expert recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling approximately 150 inbound leads per month from motivated car buyers.
2. Navigating multiple carrier systems to prepare and cross-sell personalized quotes.
3. Providing expert advice and closing sales with a high conversion rate.
4. Ensuring a superior customer experience at every touchpoint.

Schedule: The Polly Sales Center operates from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays. The New Agent schedule is 11 am to 8 pm ET, four days a week, plus every Saturday.

Training: Full-time training involves live sessions and independent work, alternating weekly schedules over four weeks. Post-training, you will transition to your scheduled hours.

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $32k to $38k annually, with potential total earnings of $50k-$60k including bonuses, based on performance and location.

Requirements:

• Valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
• At least 1 year of auto and home insurance sales experience in a call center.
• Experience with high-volume call handling, multiple carriers, and multi-state coverage.
• Strong computer and IT skills, persuasive and confident sales abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Reliable home internet connection (min 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
