Alex Mora Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an organized Insurance Account Representative to support agents in gaining and keeping customers. This entry-level to mid-career role emphasizes sales-mindedness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers growth potential and income opportunity within the State Farm Agent team. You will help build client relationships, educate customers on options, and contribute to expanding the office’s success

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
• Able to obtain Life/Health License.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development.
