Job summary

Figma seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow our existing customer base from the Paris hub. You will learn Figma’s platform, manage inbound and outbound requests, and close expansions and renewals while collaborating with Support, Billing, and Marketing.

This full-time role is based in Paris and offers a path toward Senior Inside Sales and Account Executive with opportunity to impact strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in Sales with progression toward Senior Inside Sales and Account Executive.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and processes.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions and upgrades to Enterprise Plan.
• Manage inbound billing requests including renewals and payment changes.
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns for expansion/retention.
