Pipe Movers, Inc. (PMI Pipe, Steel & Supplies) seeks a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio.

This hourly position includes commission and requires no prior sales experience; responsibilities include lead development, product presentations, and closing deals. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, following up on leads, meeting quotas, coordinating purchasing across locations, and maintaining inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; able to read and write in both languages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store products and ability to explain them to customers.
• Proficiency with basic math and ability to read a tape measure/caliper.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions using product knowledge.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up, cold calls, and emails.
• Greet customers and establish rapport.
• Close deals and process payments.
• Perform customer follow‑up and follow company procedures.
