Job summary

Inspired Living is seeking a compassionate Independent Living Instructor to work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities around Napa County. You’ll help clients master essential life skills, manage health and personal care, and support social engagement on a flexible schedule.

You bring at least 6 months of human services experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid California driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients.
• Teach daily living skills with patience and care.
• Assist with appointments, errands, and community access—including transportation when needed.
• Encourage independence and self-advocacy.
• Maintain clear, timely records and collaborate with a team.
• Contribute to a mission that matters.
