Job summary

NFS is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) to help families at home under a licensed Clinician. You will implement the treatment plan and support clients and caregivers to reach therapy goals and improve daily functioning.

We offer a 4- or 5-day work week, with a full-time salary of $42,000–$52,000 and an incentive rate of $40 per hour over productivity, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car are required.
• Access to secured high-speed internet is required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan.
• Work with clients and caregivers to support in-home therapy goals.
• Assist in improving the family’s ability to provide effective support.
