Job summary

ZOGAM is looking for Cell Phone Repair Technicians to serve the Metro Miami area, including Pompano Beach and Homestead. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have at least 3 years of cell phone screen repair experience. Technicians will drive to customer locations and handle repair calls within a 30-mile radius.

The position requires adherence to quality metrics, including maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and efficient dispatch processing.

Qualifications

• Required to drive to customer locations within 30 miles.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in cell phone screen repair.
• Obtaining prior day dispatch details in Service Bench.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home/office repair calls for cracked cell phone screens.
• Maintain NPS score of 95% or better.
• Claim daily dispatches.
