Woodward Community Based Services (WCBS) is seeking a Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist (BHIS) to provide in-home and community-based mental health services for children and families in Boone and/or Grinnell, Iowa. The role serves ages 4–21 with behavioral health needs, focusing on skill development and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home behavioral health services and community-based services.
• Deliver BHIS skill development for children and adolescents (bilingual).
• Support families using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Collaborate with therapists and supervisors on treatment planning.
• Complete required clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Spanish language skills are a plus (bilingual).
• Flexible schedule: afternoons and evenings, occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
