Job summary

Kinfolk ABA in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, under the supervision of a BCBA, and to collect data on progress.

This part-time evening role in Cherokee, NC requires fluent Spanish, a 40-hour ABA training, a high school diploma, reliable transport, and willingness to travel locally; pay is $25-$28 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40-hour ABA training.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals based on client needs and assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• This Position requires Fluent Spanish Speaking Technicians only.
