Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish with reading and writing fluency.
• 2–3 years in a busy immigration department preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Able to convert consultations into signed clients.

Responsibilities

• Gathers leads and schedules consultations.
• Makes first contact calls and follows up with potential clients.
• Completes intake by documenting information and processing payments.
• Onboards new clients and handles contracts.
• Maintains calendars and coordinates with attorneys.
