Job summary

Build My Great Team, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a licensed immigration attorney to manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation to final resolution.

You will split time between removal defense, humanitarian and family-based matters, with a strong team behind you and relocation assistance if needed. You will handle consultations, appearances at hearings, and client communications, earning a 20% origination bonus on clients you bring in, plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years immigration law experience, including time in Immigration Court.
• Experience with immigration case management software (such as Clio, Docketwise, INSZoom, or LollyLaw) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse immigration caseload from first consultation through final resolution.
• Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, including master calendar and individual hearings.
• Handle humanitarian matters, including asylum and other protection from removal.
• Prepare waivers and other applications for relief.
• Prepare family-based petitions and green card applications, and represent clients at USCIS interviews.
• Guide permanent residents through naturalization.
• Draft briefs and motions and conduct legal research.
• Keep clients informed with clear, consistent communication and meet every court deadline.
