Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law.
• Knowledge of family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization and removal proceedings.
• Experience representing clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews preferred.
