Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Japanese required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the IAM team and business stakeholders in Japan.
• Partner with IAM engineers and platform teams to support identity services and access controls.
• Support cybersecurity documentation, SOP updates, and ensure IAM controls align with policies.
• Assist with operational coordination, issue tracking, and follow-ups across cybersecurity teams.
• Communicate effectively in English and Japanese across technical and business audiences.
• Assist with requirements, resolve issues, and communicate changes across teams and regions.
