Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a cross‑functional Identity and Access Management professional in Tallahassee to join our cybersecurity team. You will support IAM lifecycle management, access controls, and governance across the organization, partnering with engineers, operations, and business stakeholders in a global context.

Fluency in English and Japanese is required to communicate with teams in Japan and worldwide, and you will help translate complex concepts into clear, business‑focused guidance

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Japanese in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of IAM platforms and concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between IAM team and stakeholders in Japan.
• Partner with IAM engineers and platform teams to support identity services and access controls.
• Support cybersecurity documentation and SOPs while aligning IAM controls with policies.
• Assist with coordination, issue tracking, and follow-ups across cybersecurity teams.
• Communicate in English and Japanese and translate concepts between teams.
• Assist with requirements, communicate changes across teams and regions.
