Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual System Engineer to manage and optimize IT infrastructure in client environments, including network and cloud systems. The role emphasizes stability, performance, and providing comprehensive support across Windows-based environments.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in IT infrastructure, strong Windows/AD and networking knowledge, and be able to communicate effectively in English and possibly another language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows (Windows 10, Windows Server) and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer, install, and maintain system software, hardware, and network applications in a hybrid network/cloud environment.
• Configure IP services and network systems.
• Evaluate operational requirements such as processing volume, security needs, and cost constraints to determine optimal hardware configurations.
• Analyze and plan system layouts, including computers and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Conduct end-user training for newly implemented or modified systems.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
• Support business travel requirements.
