Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational HR support across payroll, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations.
• Monitor attendance and assist with new hire orientation and I-9 documentation.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, job postings, screenings, and offers.
• Prepare reports and maintain employee records to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Support payroll processing in ADP and related payroll reports.
