Job summary

Tindall Corporation is hiring a Bilingual HR Specialist to support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration. The role reports to the HR manager and focuses on employee relations, recruitment support, and records maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have an Associate’s degree in HR, and 1–3+ years of HR experience, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HRM or related field with 1–3+ years HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; fluency in English required.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first HR contact for routine inquiries and onboarding tasks.
• Assist recruiting, interviews, references, and orientation processes.
• Administer benefits, payroll and timekeeping records.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Explain policies and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Assists employees with benefit questions and serves as an employee advocate.* Recordkeeping responsibilities and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, termination and employee statistics for government reporting.* Checks and updates ISO training records across the division.* Maintains and processes Hourly Payroll and Certified Payroll, as required.* Maintains the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) records.* Documents Human Resources actions by completing forms, weekly and monthly reports, logs, and records.* Explains and interprets policies, procedures, laws and standards.* Performs other duties as assigned by manager.**Job Qualifications and Requirements:*** Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study with 1-3 (+) years of experience in HR role or a similar combination of education and experience.* Bachelor’s degree is preferred* Bilingual in Spanish preferred.* Experience with HRIS/ HCM systems is preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:*** Must have effective oral and written communication and be fluent in written and oral English and Spanish.* Must have proficiency in MS Office Products.* Must be competent using technology, such as ATS, HRIS, payroll, T&A systems.* Knowledge of employment laws and practices, including Affirmative Action Plans and OSHA requirements.* Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.* Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.* Ability to speak effectively before all levels of employees within organization.* Ability to work autonomously and independently while being able to contribute to team initiatives.* Ability to develop a solid understanding of precast/BDS manufacturing and field operations processes and limitations.* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.-All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
