Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Previous HR experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding processes.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns and performance matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with additional HR projects and operational initiatives as needed.
