This opportunity begins as a 90-day project with strong potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (1st Shift) | Pay: $30.00–$34.00 per hourA day in the lifeAt 7:00 AM, you open your dashboard and scan the attendance point system, flagging trends and preparing any needed disciplinary notices for supervisor review. Before lunch, you’ve issued a couple of new security badges, answered a handful of employee questions at the HR window, and wrapped a new-hire orientation alongside the HR Generalist. The afternoon shifts to precision work—auditing employee files for federal and state compliance, completing I-9s, updating ADP for weekly and bi-weekly payroll, and assembling reports for leadership.
