Job summary

Arvato is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Waltham, MA for a three-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or senior undergraduate student to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while supporting HR leaders and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (HR, business, organizational development or related field).
• Junior or senior undergraduate student preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and maintenance of employee handbooks, policies, and related documentation.
• Assist with policy/compliance projects, research, organize documentation, track updates.
• Help document HRIS workflows and processes.
• Support HR team with data entry, reporting, and HRIS activities.
• Assist with employee communications, presentations, and HR communications projects.
• Provide administrative and project support to HR leaders and business partners.
• Conduct research to support various HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team on projects and process improvements.
