Arvato is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Waltham, MA for a three-month internship. This role offers exposure to HR policies, HRIS processes, employee communications, and projects, supporting leaders and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, capable of handling confidential information, and fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; junior or senior preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with confidential information and data.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
• Assist with HR policy and compliance projects and tracking updates.
• Develop workflows within the HRIS and support HR data entry and reporting.
• Assist with employee communications and HR projects.
• Provide administrative support to HR leaders and partners.
• Conduct research to support HR initiatives and organize materials.
