Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) seeks a knowledgeable HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Denver, Colorado. You will manage payroll, timekeeping, benefits, onboarding, and HRIS administration, while maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The role requires collaboration with managers, a strong service mindset, and experience with major HRIS/payroll platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience including payroll, benefits, recruiting or HRIS.
• Experience with major HRIS/payroll systems (UKG, ADP, Paylocity, Paycom or Workday).
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers on policies and benefits.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data.
• Process hires, transfers, status changes, separations, and onboarding.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and leave administration.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
