Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Belen, NM seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to deliver high‑quality HR services, support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. You will partner with plant leadership, ensure compliant HR processes, and promote Arcosa's values and workplace culture.

You will serve as a trusted HR resource, resolving workplace concerns and driving measurable HR outcomes while reporting to the Plant HR Manager. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or business environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trusted HR support to employees and leaders on HR programs, policies, and workplace issues.
• Manage onboarding processes and new hire success to support engagement, compliance and retention.
• Strengthen employee engagement and retention through effective communication and relationship building.
• Support fair and consistent employee relations practices and policy application.
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
• Partner with plant leadership on staffing needs, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
