We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers you an opportunity to be a part of our vibrant workforce, where you will be instrumental in shaping the culture of our organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA. If you are bilingual, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage all HR-related functions including payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA.
• 2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• 3. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee relations and communication are at their best.
• 4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• 5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• 6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• 7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• 8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• 9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• 10. Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Qualifications:

• 1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience in the field.
• 2. Bilingual proficiency is a must.
• 3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• 4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• 5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• 7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• 8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
