Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is partnering with a Sonoma County artisanal creamery to hire an on-site HR Generalist in Petaluma, CA. This role handles workers' compensation, leaves, HRIS, and acts as the Head of HR's right hand, with fluency in Spanish required to communicate with a diverse team.

You will support employee relations, oversee performance reviews, enhance HR processes with ADP HRIS, and assist in recruitment and benefits enrollment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in human resources across multiple functions.
• End-to-end workers' compensation and leaves of absence experience.
• HRIS knowledge; ADP or EASE is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and participate in employee relations.
• Streamline and manage the performance review process with management.
• Improve processes using ADP HRIS.
• Provide recruitment support as needed.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
• Participate in annual benefits open enrollment.
• Assist in additional HR projects.

Job description

Our client is an established artisanal creamery based in Sonoma County that provides organic yogurts and cheeses across the country. This role is responsible for end to end worker's comp, leaves of absence, process improvement, HRIS management, and being the right hand to the Head of HR. This role is 100% onsite in Petaluma at the manufacturing facility and will require fluency in written and spoken Spanish to communicate with a diverse team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Support employees as needed and be involved in employee relations
• Streamline and manage the performance review process, partnering with management
• Improve and develop processes utilizing ADP HRIS
• Provide support as needed in recruitment
• Support planning of employee engagement activities
• Participate with HR team in benefits open enrollment each year
• Assist in additional HR projects as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of well rounded experience in Human Resources, touching multiple areas of the department
• Experience with end to end management of worker's comp and leaves of absence processes
• Working knowledge of tier 2 HRIS programs;experience with ADP or EASE is a plus
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to be on-site in Petaluma, CA Monday-Friday
