You will uphold safety as a core value, maintain accurate confidential records, assist with workforce reporting, and serve as a bilingual (English/Spanish)

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for policies, benefits, timekeeping, and employment matters.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.

• Represent the company at events and initiatives to attract talent.
• Maintain confidential employee files and accurate HR records.
