Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Junior to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and growth within the department.

You will learn from an experienced HR team, maintain HR records, and contribute to employee relations activities while building a long-term career in Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
