Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Hands-on experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Benefits Administration.
• Experience supporting a Spanish-speaking workforce is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workers' compensation claims from initial injury through resolution.
• Prepare and maintain injury reports, claim documentation, and HR records.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, insurers, and medical providers as needed.
• Monitor open claims, follow up on status, and coordinate return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and COBRA coordination as applicable.
• Provide general HR support including onboarding and employee relations.
