Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and provide HR information and assistance.
• Assist onboarding, new hire paperwork, I-9 verification and policy reviews.
• Maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality.
• Handle payroll support and timesheet data; assist with payroll questions.
