Economy Wholesale Grocers seeks an organized HR Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through benefits and payroll. You will coordinate HR operations, maintain records, and assist with timekeeping and attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR/Business, and strong English/Spanish communication. This on-site role offers standard daytime hours at our El Paso headquarters.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and support employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data.
• Process hires, transfers, terminations, and payroll-related changes.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, background checks, and candidate communications.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
• Assist with leave administration and attendance/timekeeping.
