InProduction is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to partner with field operations across multiple states. Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English, you will translate business priorities into people strategies and manage workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with business partnering or HR generalist background
• Fluent bilingual: Spanish and English required
• Experience advising and influencing managers with good judgement on escalation
• Familiarity with federal and multi-state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage/hour)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and field operations, translating priorities into people strategy
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
• Lead and document workplace investigations with legal counsel on high-risk matters
• Own leave requests (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and ensure compliance
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategy for field and corporate roles
• Own workers' compensation claims with third-party administrator
• Deliver HR guidance and communications in English and Spanish across the field workforce
• Coach frontline and mid-level managers on HR fundamentals and change management
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and company-wide HR initiatives
• Communicate benefits programs and open enrollment in bilingual format
• Support training and safety initiatives across business units
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliant HR administrative processes
