Job summary

Kruger Family Industries, parent company of Penda Corporation and TriEnda Holdings, is seeking an HR Administrator in Wisconsin. You will support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and daily HR tasks to meet production needs in a growing organization.

The role requires an Associate degree in HR and 1+ year of admin/HR experience, with fluency in English and Spanish. On-site work in Portage, WI, with exposure to health, safety, and benefits processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field is required.
• 1+ year of administration or HR experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Enter, format, print information; answer phones; maintain supplies.
• Plan and coordinate company events and activities.
• Post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage offer letters.
• Support applicant tracking in ATS to meet EEOC standards.
• Serve as primary contact with staffing agencies.
• Complete pre-employment screening and I-9 documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and health & safety training.
• Maintain employee records and confidential HR information.
• Assist with open enrollment and benefits explanations.
• Attend local job fairs and community events on behalf of the Company.
