Qualifications

• Requires High School graduation or GED equivalent.
• Requires six (6) months of experience in customer service, office support services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, owners, and the general public; provide information and referrals.
• Answer telephone calls; respond to inquiries or transfer to the proper person.
• Assist applicants with forms and process applications according to procedures.
• Distribute correspondence and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Input and update information in computer systems as needed.
• Maintain office security and sign-in logs for THA offices.
