Job summary

Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc. seeks a Housing Case Specialist to assist individuals and families in accessing supportive housing services in Lawrence, MA. You will build relationships with clients, landlords, and community partners while guiding housing plans and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum five years of experience serving low-income populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; computer literacy expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing counseling and individualized housing plans.
• Perform case management and maintain client records.
• Assist with housing applications and landlord coordination.
• Refer clients to RAFT, ESG, HomeBase and other resources; complete required forms.
