Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Operations Coordinator who will work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest service.

The role handles invoice processing, champions the Alice guest request program, coordinates projects, logs guest requests, and supports the reservations team while maintaining a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to multi-task and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Champion Alice system, our guest request program.
• Coordinate projects.
• Log and follow up on guest requests.
• Support reservations team.
