Job summary

Absolute Health Professionals in Florida is seeking a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and patient, with a genuine desire to deliver quality home care.

Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish), hold a valid CNA or HHA certification, and CPR. Prior experience in nursing homes or home health is preferred, and HIPAA awareness is required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA or Home Health Aide to care one on one with our patients in home. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and caring, with a strong desire to provide quality care in a calm home environment.

SHIFT OPENINGS:

Part Time - Monday - Friday 1PM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks.
• Provide light assistance general supervision and reassurance
• Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Spanish speaking or bilingual
• Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
• CPR Certification
• Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings (preferred). Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices essential for accurate record-keeping
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, shift-based roles across various environments. Strong communication and documentation skills coupled with compassion for patient-centered care; understanding of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

Must have a Level II Background and a CNA or HHA certification.
