Job summary

Absolute Health Professionals in Florida is seeking a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and caring, with a strong commitment to patient comfort in a calm home environment.

We offer a full‑time position with a weekly pay schedule. Must hold a CNA or HHA certification and CPR, with prior home health or facility experience preferred to ensure smooth patient support and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.

Job Overview:

SHIFT OPENINGS: ALL TIME SLOTS

Responsibilities:

• Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks.




• Provide light assistance general supervision and reassurance




• Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification or HHA license required




• CPR Certification




• Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred.




• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices essential for accurate record-keeping




• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, shift-based roles across various environments




• Strong communication and documentation skills coupled with compassion for patient-centered care; understanding of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.
