Job summary

Absolute Health Professionals in Florida is seeking a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and patient, with a genuine desire to deliver quality home care.

Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish), hold a valid CNA or HHA certification, and CPR. Prior experience in nursing homes or home health is preferred, and HIPAA awareness is required.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking or bilingual required.
• Valid CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred; familiarity with medical terminology and documentation essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks.
• Provide light assistance, general supervision and reassurance.
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes or concerns to the supervisor.
