Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced bilingual CNA or HHA to provide in-home, one-on-one care in Winter Park, FL. This role requires Spanish/English fluency and at least two years of paid home-health experience, with independence and adherence to care plans.

The position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible scheduling, in-person visits to patient homes, and a focus on culturally responsive care in the Winter Park area.

Qualifications

• Two years of paid home-health experience required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• CPR certification.
• Level 2 background screening.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment
• Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages
