Job summary

Help at Home is hiring a Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aide to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors in our community. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping with light housekeeping, grooming, meals, and errands while ensuring safety and dignity.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, as is a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. CNA certification is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• CNA certification encouraged; dedication to ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
