Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles.
• Build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Recruit via Facebook Job Groups, Marketplace, and community pages.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and background checks.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and improve attendance.
• Organize hiring events and community outreach.
